Next stop was Mungo National Park. This is where the Mungo Woman was discovered some years ago - dating the history of humans on the Australian continent. There is a campsite in the park and a lodge with an airstrip. Here you can see me at about 100ft on approach into the runway. It was a nice landing and were able to taxi almost up to the back door of the cabin we stayed the night in.
