Next stop was Mildura on the NSW / Victoria border. It was once a major port on the Murray river, hence our trip on a paddle-boat on one of our days-off. We stayed at the Mildura Grand Hotel which is owned by a famous Oz chef called Stefano. Great food and the hotel was nice too.
